Energy Efficiency Measures

AEC has two decades of experience in the energy efficiency space, having founded a $2.5 billion renewable energy fund.  AEC has partnered with some of the industry’s best energy efficiency firms and the Energy efficiency Measures (“EEMs”) AEC has recommended include:

• LED Retrofits

• Battery storage (for peak shaving)

• Generators (for demand response programs)

• Building Management Systems

• Electricity filters (to reduce the noise and reduce the load)

• Radiator covers for multifamily buildings (reducing the natural gas load)

• Office sensors and automation for office buildings (providing more comfort and less load)

• CHP (combined heat and power to reduce electricity load and dependence on the grid)

AEC will assist in financing the costs or will put together shared savings programs.  The goals of all these programs are a reduction of load, a reduction in carbon emissions and a net savings on a monthly basis to the buildings without any additional CapEx.
